Looking to develop an Internet strategy for your company, or in need of a critical review of your current web site? We will work with you to analyze your needs and provide you with solutions that effectively and efficiently integrate web-based technologies into your Internet business strategy.
We employ a phased approach to our project planning in order to ensure that:
The project conforms to a client's marketing strategies,
Clients are involved in the design direction,
Projects are completed on schedule.
Our standard project plans include the following three phases:
Phase I: Initial Concept
Once you have defined your target audience, marketing goals, and design preferences, we will build the initial conceptual designs for your website, corporate identity or other visual media. Designs will be posted to a private, password protected test website. You are invited to review these initial designs on a daily basis and provide us with your feedback.
(Print Projects: 1 week, Web Projects: 1-2 weeks)
Phase II: Revision 1 - Semi-final Designs
The objective of this phase is to solidify your selected design(s) and to present you with a tighter, more comprehensive layout of your new branding, imagery, font treatments, and color palettes.
Website flow-charting is also finalized in this phase, as well as your web interface. Once approved, we will finalize all of the design elements and start building the final deliverables.
(Print Projects: 1-2 weeks, Web Projects: 2-3 weeks)
Phase III: Revision 2 - Final Files
Web Projects: In this phase the final website is constructed and placed online for testing. Subsequent to our testing, you are advised of the site's location so that you can test the site for functionality. After your final sign-off, the new website is uploaded to a designated server. If you have engaged our services for search engine submission, we then develop the appropriate coding and search phraseology to maximize your potential for the highest ranking on the search engine results pages.
Print: Based on your revisions from Phase II together with our suggestions, we will create the final files in full color, incorporating all final changes. Once completed, we will e-mail or deliver these files. If your project requires printing, we can refer you to a professional service bureau and print service for film production and printing. Depending on the print service's schedule, you should allow at least 2-4 weeks for a project to be printed. There are printers who can print on a 24 hour basis, provided that your piece is a standard size, such as 8 ½ x 11 letter size, 11 x 14 legal size, business card size, etc.
(1-2 weeks)
Our aim throughout the project is to provide continuous contact with the decision-makers in your company. As a standard business practice, all requests for changes are documented to ensure that they are incorporated into the final deliverables. This will allow the project to continue to run smoothly and on schedule. Most projects can be completed within a period of 3-6 weeks, depending on the scope of your project. All expenditures are subject to your prior approval in order to ensure that we remain within the project budget.
